You (the "User") acknowledge that this privacy policy is a part of and supplemental to our End User Terms of Use, and by accessing or using the Platform (defined below), you agree to be bound by all of its terms and conditions. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs your use of the mobile application ("Jumpree App" or “App”) and the Services offered through the App (collectively the "Platform") provided by the Company (“We”) who has granted you access to the App ("Company"). This Policy sets out the manner in which we collect information from you and use the information that we have collected or received about you.
When you sign up to use the Platform, you do so through the software provided by the Company who has been granted a license by Smarten Spaces, the proprietary owner of the Platform as part of the Jumpree software (“Software”).
By clicking ["I Accept"] OR ["I Agree"] OR logging into, browsing, or accessing the Platform, you signify your acceptance of the terms. We may amend the Terms from time to time and you agree to be bound by the revised Terms as and when they are amended. It is your sole responsibility to read the Terms regularly. If you use the App or avail our services thereafter, you will be deemed to have read and accepted these revisions. We may not be able to separately notify you of the revisions each time that we make them. We encourage you to check this page periodically for modifications or revisions to the Privacy Policy to understand how it affects the use of your information.
For the purposes of these Terms, We, Us or Our shall mean the Company. The terms You, Your, or User shall mean any person or entity accessing, browsing and/or using the Platform.
When you use the Jumpree App or any of the services provided therein, we may collect some information from you.We are committed to protecting the security of your information and safeguarding your privacy while you avail our Services.
The Information That We Collect and Purposes of Collection
The Privacy Policy will inform you about:
(i) What information we collect and why we collect it
(ii) How we use that information including how we may share the information with third parties
(iii) How we secure the information
You acknowledge that in respect of the information and data that you provide to us, which is collected through the App (as defined below), Smarten Spaces is acting as a data processor on behalf of the Company, who will be acting as the data controller in respect to such data. Smarten Spaces will only process and store this data upon the instructions of the Company. You should direct any requests or queries you have regarding this data to the Company.
We may collect information from you in the following ways:
If you are a User:
(i) We will collect your first name, last name, email address and mobile phone number (optional) to create your account with the Company when you register to use the App.
(ii) May collect information about you when you complete any customer survey on the App.
(iii) We may also collect your App usage information by using cookies.
The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests in providing our services to the Company, and ensuring that your account is updated each time you use the App.
If you are a visitor:
(i) We will collect your name, phone number and email address from the User who invited you to the Company’s premises to create an entry pass for you.
(ii) We may also collect your image from you in order to enable the User to verify your identity. We will share this image with the User who invited you for the purposes of having the User approve your visit. We will retain the images in our database to verify your identity in case of any future visits to the Company’s premises.
Emergency support:
(i) We will collect information that you have provided during registration and location information to provide emergency support which is a feature made available through the App.
(ii) Users who do not wish to share this information shall not use the module.
If you access and use the Incident management module to raise tickets:
(i) The Company will receive the information entered by you. Along with it, they will receive contact details which you have provided when you registered for the App. This is required for maintaining good service quality of the premises.
(ii) If you would like to request for information, or make a report or complaint in relation to the use of your personal information, you can report it to the Company.
If you post on community,
(i) Community / Clubs (referred to as “Community”) module allows users to share club relevant information on the App. This information will be shared to other users of the app who have access to the Community.
(ii) Clubs module has the feature to report an offensive post and temporarily remove a post. This can be initiated by any User of the app who deem the post as offensive. The Company reserves the right to restore such information on the App.
(iii) Jumpree App may display the personal information of other users including their names, profile picture, company name, photo(s), like(s) and comment(s).
(iv) Option to delete a post may not always be available. This information will however be available to the Company. Please contact the Company if you wish to request for a removal of a post on Community.
If you use the Access module, we may capture the following information to provide the App and/or services therein:
(i) Information about the swiping of mobile pass on the access control readers will be retained by the access control system maintained by the Company.
(ii) Device manufacturer and model
(iii) Hardware capabilities, such as Bluetooth and NFC support
(iv) Operating system version
(v) Identifier and version information for the app
(vi) Unique push notification identifier
(vii) Unique application identifier
(viii) Carrier
Usage Information and Analytics
We may request Smarten Spaces to process data about the use of the App and services ("App Data"). The App data may include your IP address, geographical location, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, page views and website navigation paths, as well as information about the timing, frequency and pattern of your service use. The source of the App data is the Smarten Spaces analytics tracking system. This App data may be processed for the purposes of analysing the use of the App and services therein.
Such App Data includes:
(i) User behaviour and statistics on the usage of the App
(ii) Reader interaction logs (including reader identifiers and technical reader information)
(iii) Location data (e.g. GPS positions) in conjunction with presenting a mobile ID to a reader
(iv) Error logs
(v) Country and city based on IP address lookups
If we need to collect additional information or access certain parts of Your device, We will first inform you and/or ask for your consent (as applicable) and the Data will only be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
(iii) Uses of Information
User Information: We will use your information to enable Smarten Spaces to avail the App and the services therein to you. By opting to provide us with information, you understand and accept that we may make the information you provide accessible to us, our personnel, Smarten Spaces, their personnel, other Users and third parties including law enforcement agencies.
We may communicate with you through the App, email or short message service using the information provided by you to bring you notifications regarding the Services availed by you on the App.
Visitor Information: We will use your information to facilitate easy entry into the campus. You understand and accept that we may make your information accessible to us, our personnel and the user who invited you. We will also maintain logs of your visit including your information, which we may have to share with third parties such as the building management, campus security and law enforcement agencies.
Disclosures to third parties: n the course of providing you access to and use of the App, we may share your personal information with our personnel, or persons engaged by us to the extent necessary to provide the App and the services therein. For these purposes, we may authorise Smarten Spaces to transfer your personal data to our servers based in Singapore, India, United States, Australia and the United Kingdom. Otherwise, where your personal data is transferred outside of the European Economic Area, we will ensure that either (a) The European Commission has made an "adequacy decision" with respect to the data protection laws of the country to which it is transferred, or (b) we have entered into a suitable data processing agreement with the third party situated in that country to ensure the adequate protection of your data. In all cases, transfers outside of the EEA will be protected by appropriate safeguards.
We may also have to share your information with third parties such as restaurants and amenity providers listed on the App or if you are a visitor, with the building management or Company's premises security. If you use smart access, we may disclose your personal information to our partner company insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this policy. We collect this data to,
(i) Provide You with software updates and support
(ii) Improve and develop new products and services
(iii) Communicate with you about the services
(iv) Fulfill our legal and administrative obligations
(v) Protect the rights, property or safety of Us, Our customers or others
We base our right to collect Your Data on the need of Your Data in order to provide You with the lJumpree App and services provided therein and to the extent that Your Data is used to monitor and improve our App and services, and to develop new products and services. We base Our use of Your Data on our legitimate interest to perform such actions. Legitimate Interest means the interest of our business in conducting and managing our business to enable us to give you the best service/product and the best and most secure experience.
We have authorised Smarten Spaces to disclose your personal information to the following third parties (which may change from time to time as we improve and develop our Services), who provide subcontractor and/or third party services in conjunction with the Software, in order to avail and provide parts of the services to you under the Jumpree App:

We will ensure that all such third parties agree to apply the same standards of privacy and data security as have been set out in this policy to safeguard your information. You may choose to withdraw your consent for disclosure of any personal information by informing us in writing although this may impact our ability to provide the App and/or services to you. In the case of Visitors, we may not be able to facilitate your entry into the Company’s premises.
Mandatory Disclosures: We may be obligated to share your personal information if we are compelled to do so to comply with a legal requirement or request from a law enforcement agency or in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (including providing information to others for the purpose of fraud prevention and reducing credit risk).
Data Retention: If you are a User, we will maintain your email addresses and other personal information for as long as you are employed by the Company, or for as long as the Company has instructed us to or otherwise as required to comply with our obligations under law or contract.
If you are a Visitor, we may retain the records of your visit for a limited period for the purposes necessary to provide the Services to you. We may also store your images for the purposes of verifying your identity to facilitate future visits to the Company’s premises.If you do not wish for us to retain these information, please contact the Company.
Security and Confidentiality
We take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. We will store all the personal information you provide on our secure (password- and firewall-protected) servers. You acknowledge that the transmission of information over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet. You are responsible for keeping the password you use for accessing our app confidential; we will not ask you for your password (except when you log in to our app).
IP Addresses and Cookies
Cookies are very small text files that are stored on your computer when you visit some websites.
We use cookies to help identify your computer, including where available, your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration so we can keep your activity secure, tailor your user experience and remember your preferences.
